Ochaco Uraraka "Uravity" é uma Estudante e Heroína da Acadêmia U.A. da Classe-1A, quando os Heróis Profissionais e a Classe-1A receberam a missão de investigar sobre o mundo diferente entre humanos e mutantes e a sua verdadeira profecia eles decidem se separar para procurar pistas, mas logo acabam desaparecendo um por um pelos Homens de Preto da Agência da Terra em ordem da diretora Jane, quando a Uravity tenta encontrar respostas sobre esse estranho mundo Underground debaixo da terra e o estranho desaparecimento de Deku (Izuku), seus colegas de classe e dos Heróis Profissionais pelos Homens de Preto, ela acaba se distraindo e caindo em um buraco e vai parar em um mundo subterrâneo chamado Underground.
Ao cair do céu direto para o Orfanato, lá ela conhece Cindy, Monstrilda Lady, seres de uma espécie estranha, desconhecida e completamente diferente aos humanos e mutantes do Japão, mas que possuem uma civilização muito parecida com a da Terra. As duas então formam uma dupla chamada “OchaCindy” e o que a Uravity precisa é de uma fotógrafa para provas e investigações e uma parceira, Ochaco e Cindy vão se conhecendo aos poucos e falar das suas origens uma com a outra, Ochaco conta para Cindy de onde ela é e se juntam para entrar em uma nova aventura.
Cindy começa a se apaixonar e se aproximar mais da Ochaco Uraraka "Uravity" porque mesmo ela sendo uma humana e heroína, ela é diferente e igual como ela, Cindy apresenta a Ochaco sua nova escola, seus novos amigos, a sua banda favorita como a fã número um: Os Under-Undergrounds (Heitor Villa-Lobos, Layla Bach, Ludwig "Lud" Waters, Robert "Bob" Starkey e James Marshall) e conta a ela sobre sua história, as constantes tentativas de Ochaco de encontrar um caminho de volta à terra para resgatar os Heróis Profissionais, Izuku Midoriya (Deku) e seus colegas de classe.
Enquanto isso, as Agências da Terra e Underground (Jane & Diretor do Underground) estão atrás da humana (Ochaco Uraraka “Uravity”) que invadiu o mundo Underground e que cometeu o crime número um da agência “A Profecia” por se apaixonar por Cindy e farão de tudo para encontrá-la.

Ochaco Uraraka "Uravity" is a Student Hero of U.A. Class-1A, when the Pro-Heroes and Class-1A got a mission to investigate about the different world between humans and mutants they decide to split up to look for clues, but soon they end up disappearing one by one by the Mens in Blacks, when Uravity tries to find answers about this strange underworld and the strange disappearance of her classmates and the pro-heroes by the mens in blacks, she ends up getting distracted and falling into a hole and ends up in an underground world called Underground.
When she fell through the sky right to the orphanage, there she meets Cindy, beings of an unknown species and completely strange to humans and mutants on the japan, but who have a civilization very similar to that of Earth. The two of then forms a duo called Ochacindy and what Uravity needs is a photographer for evidence, investigations and a partner and Ochaco “Uravity” and Cindy goes to know each other, Ochaco tells cindy where she from and joining together to go into a new adventure.
Cindy starts to have a crush and falling in love on Ochaco Uraraka "Uravity" because even she is a human, heroine, she's different and like her, Cindy introduces Ochaco her New school, her new friends, The Under-Undergrounds Band (Hector Villa-Lobos, Layla Bach, Ludwig "Lud" Waters, Robert "Bob" Starkey and James Marshall) and tells her about her story and Ochaco's constant attempts to find a way back to earth to rescure the pro-heroes and her classmates.
Meanwhile, the Earth and Underground Agencies (Jane & The Agency Director) are after the human (Ochaco Uraraka/Uravity) who invaded the underworld and who committed the agency's number one crime (The True Prophecy) for getting a love on cindy and will do everything to find her.
