História Love Changes Cold Hearts - Getting the Information

   I quickly inject Four with the sedative, but the other guy turns around right as I finish.

   "Hey! You shouldn't be here!" He yells. My eyes widen as he comes toward me to stop me. I swing my fist at him, but he dodges then grabs me and slams against the wall. I grunt before kicking him off of me and picking up my pipe. I swing it at his head, but he catches it then pulls it out of my grip. I back up before running at him. I grab the pipe as I start running up the wall then behind and kick the back of his head, sending him forward. He starts to get up until I jump up and wrap my legs around his neck before dragging him down. He struggles to breathe, but I don't release until he's choking. I grab the pipe then hit him over the head with it, effectively knocking him out. I inject him with the memory syrum then run to the computer and plug the flash drive in. I go through every file, grabbing anything that might help give us the upper hand in the coming war, but I stop when a certain file catches my eye. I start searching through it more carefully and discover that the Erudite are planning an attack on the Abnegation and will use the Dauntless to do it. It doesn't take long to figure out how they're planning to do it. The Erudite have developed a syrum that will allow them to control the minds of everyone with the syrum in their systems. I look trough to find out when the attack is supposed to take place, but it doesn't say. There are orders to shoot divergent on sight. I feel my breathing hitch as I put my hand over my mouth. Evelyn wasn't kidding when she said that many of the faction people are afraid of us. I close my eyes and force myself to concentrate on why I'm here. When I'm done, I erase every sign that I was there then peer out to make sure no one is coming. I walk out and immediately head to the dorm, concealing the thumb drive behind a loose brick in thé wall.

   I burst open the doors.

   "Evelyn!" I gasp. She quickly stood up and dismissed Jared. 

   "What is it?" She asked.

   "I got what you asked for, but I found something else too." She was curious. "The Erudite are planning an attack on the Abnegation, and they're going to use Dauntless soldiers to carry it out, but it didn't say when. We have to do something." Evelyn looked confused.

   "How do they plan on using the Dauntless?"

   "They developed a syrum, one that will allow them to control the minds of everyone who is injected with it. The only ones who won't be are the leaders; which your son isn't because he rejected the position twice. We have to do something."

   "That's not our-"

   "They're going to shoot every divergent on sight!"

   "Then act like you're being controlled. This isn't our battle. If the factions want to fight each other, then let them." I stare at Evelyn in shock, Nanna was right about her. I should've never trusted this woman. "Is there a problem?" She asks. I shake my head.

   "No, there isn't."

   "Good." I head back out to the train and get on. Evelyn can say this isn't our fight all she wants, but it is mine. There are people in Dauntless that I care about; and I'm not going to let the system play with them like they're rag dolls.
