This takes place in Baldur's Gate 3's storyline. You won't exactly have to play that to follow along, I only use it as a base to leap off creatively. If you're unfamiliar with the general premise, it takes place in a high fantasy setting called Faêrun. Where our main characters are faced with a world changing dilemma. A cult is on the rise, called the Absolute. They worship an unknown, new god that transforms them into Mind Flayer or grants them special psychic abilities. However, their aim is take over Faêrun and it is up to Templez and his team to stop this invasion.
