Draco Malfoy expected many things to occur during the summer following his 5th year. He expected to become of the Dark Lord's marked (no matter how unwanted). He expected to have to somehow make up for his family's failures. What he did not 3xpect, however, was to find a severely injured Harry Potter at the edge of his property.

And as if a gift sent from the Gods themselves an unexpected invitation from her first mentor appeared. She was inviting Lux to take up one of the teaching chairs at Hogwarts. The idea seemed to illuminate the path in front of her; this new step would be a very different take in her life. Even knowing all the difficulties she would face, the possibility of experiencing another reality and even perhaps a new future was too tempting for her to deny herself of finally fulfilling one of her biggest dreams.
