In this alternate universe Itachi is the Hokage and his trusted Anbu body guard is Naruto. Naruto is fed up with all the boring work as an Anbu and decides he needs a break. Itachi's brother Sasuke is a trouble maker who resents his brother for never having enough time for him. Hearing that Naruto wants a break from the Anbu life and that Sasuke needs someone to mentor him so he stops getting into trouble, Itachi decides to Have Naruto watch over Sasuke.
