Quando Makino e seus Ultra Links foram derrotados por Max Steel e NTEK, todos achavam que esses aliens não os incomodariam uma segunda, bom, eles não podiam estar mais errados.

Makino tinha um plano reserva, em outras palavras, um backup, um corpo reserva, assim como frotas, os ataques de Links continuaram a Terra.

Mas o inesperado aconteceu para a humanidade, as individualidades surgiram, como? Bom, humanos fazendo testes com bebês e Links, um bebê conseguiu tomar o controle da parasitagem e o Mega Link explodiu em uma onda de energia que cobriu o mundo todo.

Pessoas começaram a manifestar habilidades relacionadas a algum aspecto de si mesmo, temperamento, personalidade e etc, essas habilidades eram relacionadas com mutações, transformações e emissões.

A humanidade finalmente podia lutar contra Makino e seus Ultra Links, e venceram uma segunda vez, porém, Steel ainda era um Ultra Link, as pessoas se sentiram ameaçadas com ele por perto, então ele foi desmontado e guardado na NTEK.

A NTEK se desfez depois de alguns anos que os heróis surgiram e o mundo seguiu assim, até hoje, e aqui vai o porquê disso, eu.

Eu me chamo Izuku McGrath, descendente de Maxwell McGrath, em outras palavras, descendente de Tachyon.

Encontrei o Steel em uma das bases abandonadas da NTEK, vantagens de morar com um dos últimos chefes de lá, meu tio me contou a história e eu comecei a remontar o Steel.

E depois de uma manhã cheia aos quinze anos, o Steel foi ativado, agora como? Vamos ler e descobrir? Assim é mais interessante.
