Sinopse:
In the aftermath of environmental disaster and societal collapse, humanity clings to survival through the establishment of 'Elpízo' communities—havens of sustainable living amidst the chaos. As the old world order crumbles, these enclaves of hope, particularly the successful Nordic Elpízo, stand as a testament to what can be achieved with renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.

Confronted with the grim reality that Earth cannot support its current population, global leaders launch the Gaia Project to rebuild society on principles of sustainability. They also initiate the controversial Project Janus, which involves placing large segments of the population in cryostasis to reduce the strain on Earth's resources.

The world is divided between those who contribute to rebuilding society and those who enter a deep sleep, hoping to awaken to a healed planet. As the last individuals enter the cryogenic facilities, the remaining population begins their work in seclusion, ushering in a century-long wait for a new dawn.
